Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) Alignment to easyCBM© Reading. In the summer of 2012,
experienced teachers from a school district in Texas were recruited to participate in a formal study of the
alignment between the TEKS and easyCBM. The results of the alignment study in the content area of reading
are presented here, with overall alignment presented first, then more detailed results, by grade.
